Icon Dental is a modern dental clinic located in Kepong, Sri Petaling, and Puchong Kinrara.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved & just to be clear, this is a genuine, unpaid review. You can easily browse their other public reviews to see that the praise is truly well earned.

I completed a comprehensive Invisalign treatment, which took nearly 4 years due to my complex orthodontic issues. Huge kudos to the team at Icon Dental Kepong for their patience & consistent care throughout the journey. Unlike some clinics that provide minimal follow-ups, they ensured regular check-ups to keep my progress on track, which truly makes a difference in long treatments.

Special thanks to Dr Lim for being meticulous, detailed & (in the best way) a perfectionist. The staff also deserve equal praise for being friendly, courteous & welcoming at every visit.

It’s no surprise they’re a Diamond-rated Invisalign provider as their service truly reflects that standard. I also appreciate their honesty & the fact that they don’t hard-sell additional treatments.

Now that I’ve completed my treatment:-
- Will I return for future services? Absolutely!
- Will I recommend them to family / relatives & friends? Without hesitation!

If I really had to nitpick, it would only be that they’re not on my employer’s insurance panel, but that’s far from a dealbreaker. I’d still gladly choose them as my long-term dental provider.

On a side note, parking in the area can be abit challenging on weekdays, though manageable especially when they even provide 2 dedicated parking spots for patients, which is very thoughtful.

Overall, well done to the entire team & keep up the good work! Congratulations on your growing success with 3 branches & counting - wishing you continued prosperity ahead! :)
